Master Planning is more than just planning for future buildings. We believe in, and plan for many intangibles as well as the physical requirements to realise a successful concept including:

  • A unique character for each client

  • How it ‘feels’ to owners, end users and the community

  • The seamless integration of existing and new development where required

  • Maximising the potential for views / vistas

  • Creating open space between buildings for business, social and recreation needs

  • Realising the potential for indoor / outdoor design relationships

  • Realising workable solutions for short / medium and long-term success

  • Management Issues.
